Here's How it Works:
- Refer a friend who has cosmetic surgery and receive a $250 Reward Card to WPS
- Receive 3 or more Reward Cards and you will be invited to our annual VIP Party where you can receive amazing specials on your favorite products or services.
Rules & Restrictions:
- Cosmetic surgery must be a minimum of $2500 to receive Reward Card
- VIP Rewards are only available to patients of Williams Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
- Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
- Rewards may only be redeemed on services, not products – excluding injectables, skincare and retail products.
- Rewards may not be combined with any other specials or discounts
- The VIP Referral Program applies to patients referred after September 1, 2012
- The referred patient must list your name when completing their paperwork at initial consultation
- Your Reward Card will be issued after the referral receives services
